Responsibilities:

WP1

D1.3.3

Event planning and communication. The tender will be responsible for the organization and hosting of 1 Technical Meeting in Thessaloniki for 10-12 people. It includes (i)event hall, equipment and catering,(ii)materials. Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions that may be imposed, the contractor should be able to also organize the seminars electronically in case the need arises.

Responsibilities:

WP3 D3.3.2 Technical Support Service/Study. External scientific expertise to to study the CE and the environmental impacts of the agri-food sector focusing on CE practices applicable to the CB region, inclining towards logistics and supply chains solutions. The study will focus on highlighting circular economy practices as well as their environmental benefits. The research will; (i) capture the uses and environmental impacts of Circular Economy principles, (ii) study of the Circular Economy practices that are and can be applied in SMEs and industries in the CB region as they were portrayed in deliverable D3.1 with emphasis on the applications in the agri-food sector and (iii) suggest Circular Economy solutions for the CB region. PB2, PB3, PB4 and PB5 will be providing the necessary data (collected for both sides of the border) and information, whereas the contractor will be responsible for the realization of the final study. In order to carry out this project, the contractor should have relative experience, scientific knowledge and/or has had conducted research in the fields of: (a) Circular Economy, (b) Sustainable Supply Chains and/or Closed Loop Supply Chains and (c) Supply Chains and logistics.
